First phase – Soil Improvement Works
• Preparation of the existing terrain, cleaning the vegetation, pale off the objects positioning the geosynthetics layer
• Implementation of stone columns (gravel piles)
• Implementation vertical drainage (wick drains)
• Implementation horizontal drains
• Preloadind fill with crush stone for a surface 75000 m2 to a thickness of 1.4meters
• CPTU and Seismic Tests etc
